The Mozart vineyard, where Music Therapy gets into Vineyards
“When I began to restore the farmhouse at Paradiso di Frassina (1999) and to plant a new Sangiovese vineyard around it, I intuitively felt that playing music to the vines would benefit their growth, as well as making me happy and enriching this place.
Irrespective of the scientific side, music for me ultimately remains an amazing way of marrying art with new paths of knowledge.”
Carlo Cignozzi, Owner and Protector, and who is making a world wide recognized Brunello di Montalcino.

Cooking class
Returning to our villa from our wine tasting, we met for another amazing cooking class with Chefs Roberta and Patricia.
This villa and estate have been in the family from the 1400s. Today, the villa, winery and restaurant is run entirely by women. Pretty cool.

Tuscany
We went to a small, fortified village in Tuscany with amazing views of the surrounding vineyards and forests. Our invigorated wine group went on a tasting and tour as well as lunch at an intimate restaurant on the main square.
